haha i just ripped off all of vicky's pictures from her shutterfly account. (:


OH, carnival @ marina was really better than i expected, since i became all cynical after the stupid labrador park learning journey thing.

so once we got there we were feeling all adventurous so we went on this open-top truck thing that went into the jungle. it was bumpy and all and there were slopes and we got specks of mud all over our blouses and skirts. :D they warned us but we didnt really care. and the army guy driver was crazy. like when we first saw him driving in, he was grinning like a maniac and he was laughing really loudly, and me and beu were like, oh no, he looks crazy. and we wanted to let someone else go first. (hahahah) but in the end they still made us go. AND because they kept warning us that the truck MIGHT just overturn, we were really ready to back out. but good thing we didnt, cos it was the best! (: and according to beulah, when there was this slope thing with lots of mud at the bottom, that army guy went, " you know girls, if i go a bit faster..." and we were both like, NO NO ITS OKAY. and when there was mud pools all around he would start laughing, especially if mud flew onto us.

so after that, we decided to go explore the whole carnival, and we went to this place where they put up post-its of well wishes to singapore, and we found really funny ones. go see the pics! and we decided that we should do some of our own, try guessing which. btw, the person with the green pen is an ASS. he/she told us to ASS off on our own post its. damn.

so anyway, we were really getting bored so mari eli izzy & yating went to this shooting thing, its something like lazer-tag. haha we managed to catch them playing and wowzerrrr, yating and mari were the PRO. haha but they played against primary school boys so, yeah. :D

to use up the rest of our time, we went on this truck thing that brought you into the jungle, and it was to be some simulation of attacks and stuff. it was good too, but all the enemies were slacking, and what was with the running away!
oh after the whole ride thing, we wanted to take this photo with the yeti guy, but he scared us all off by holding up his gun. HAHA. and surprisingly, HE CAN SEE!
